Ntaganda Reparations: Request for Expression of Interest (EOI) to select implementing partner organisations in Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC)

The Trust Fund for Victims at the ICC is pleased to announce the publication of the Expressions of Interest which aims to identify entities which could be invited to submit proposals for services that would be part of a reparation programme to be devised and implemented by the TFV by reference to the Reparations Order of the ICC in the case e Prosecutor v. Bosco Ntaganda issued on 8 March 2021 and completed on 14 July 2023.

🗓 The EOI was originally announced on 1 August, with a closing date of 15 September, and it has since been extended to 15 October.

Interested organisations are invited to send an ‘Expression of Interest’ together with the documents required in the ‘Minimum Requirements for Expressing Interest’ by email to: Tender.7@icc-cpi.int no later than 15 October 2024, indicating their supplier number if they are registered on the United Nations Global Marketplace.
