Ongwen Reparations: Request for Expression of Interest (EOI) to select implementing partner organisations in Uganda

The Trust Fund for Victims at the ICC is pleased to announce the publication of the Expressions of Interest which aims to identify entities which could be invited to submit proposals for services that would be part of a reparation programme to be devised and implemented by the TFV by reference to the Reparations Order of the ICC in the case The Prosecutor v. Dominic Ongwen issued on 28 February 2024.

🗓 The EOI, which was initially set to close on 9 August 2024, has been extended until 2 September 2024.


Interested firms/organisations should submit their Expression of Interest by e-mail to Tender.7@icc-cpi.inti attention” TFV Reparation” with the required documentation and annexes for the ICC/TFV to assess whether they fulfil the minimum requirements to qualify for the EOI.
