What is the TFV
The Trust Fund for Victims (TFV) at the International Criminal Court (ICC) was established under the authority of the Rome Statute, the founding treaty of the ICC.
TFV mandate
The Trust Fund for Victims at the ICC contributes to the realisation of the mandate of reparative justice of the ICC by aiming at redressing the harm suffered by victims of crimes under the jurisdiction of the ICC.
